There's no way out of this, but that's ok we're in it together. And I can't say I'd leave it up to you, when you say please stay. The love that you feel inside, is all that matters at the end of the day. It's the cycle we participate in, each day when we wake to fill our roles as bleeding machines, but that's not to say that things can't change.

Another thread severed in the great unraveling. We laid in the sunshine, benign, it was perfect. You found me in the right place, at the right time, for once. It was garden hose rainbows, it was everything to me. The memories faded so I wrote them down. You soaked them all in, but they're just words, until later. A golden hours secrets folded into the seams. In the shallowest graves, you hid your deepest regrets. The words haven't changed, but they don't mean the same things anymore.
